Naga Rail Co. Ltd is an independent advance-booking service for Laos-China Railway tickets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Laos-China Railway (LCR) or any government body.
We act as an intermediary: our operators access the LCR booking system on your behalf to secure tickets, which we then deliver to you as the Naga Pass QR e-ticket.
A booking is confirmed when you receive a reference number (NR-XXXX format). At this point your payment has been accepted and our operator has been assigned to secure your seats.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The all-in price you see at checkout includes the LCR ticket fare, our service fee, and payment processing — there are no additional charges.
Prices may vary by date due to peak-period pricing. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
We aim to deliver QR e-tickets within 24 hours of booking, and always before your travel date. Delivery times depend on LCR availability — during high-demand periods it may take longer.
QR e-tickets are delivered by email and, if a WhatsApp number was provided, by WhatsApp message.
You are responsible for presenting the correct QR code at the gate. Each QR is tied to a specific traveller, train, and date.
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details entered at booking — name, passport number, date of birth — are correct and match the passport that will be presented at the station.
The Laos-China Railway checks name and passport at the gate. A mismatch may result in denied boarding. Corrections after ticket issuance incur a change fee.
Naga Rail is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by the Laos-China Railway. We are not responsible for missed connections, visa issues, or travel costs incurred as a result of any LCR service disruption.
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Lao PDR. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vientiane, Laos.
