Your data
To issue your Laos-China Railway ticket, we collect the personal details required by the railway: full name, date of birth, passport number, passport country of issue, and passport expiry date. We also collect your email address and optional WhatsApp number for delivery and reminders.
We collect payment information only through our payment processors (PayPal, Airwallex). We do not store card numbers.
Your passport number is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We retain a one-way hash for lookup purposes. We never display your full passport number after the booking is submitted.
Your data is used only to (a) issue and deliver your LCR ticket, (b) send booking confirmations and travel reminders, and (c) respond to support requests.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your booking (LCR operator) or comply with legal obligations.
Passport photographs and passport numbers are automatically purged 30 days after your last travel date. Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
You may request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing [email protected] with your booking reference.
We use only functional cookies required for the booking session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
