Customer rights
Naga Rail guarantees your seat or a full refund. If our operator cannot secure the seat you paid for, we return 100% of the amount you paid — no deductions, no questions.
This guarantee applies to every booking. It is the floor under every ticket we sell.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before departure: we refund the LCR face value portion only. Our service fee is non-refundable because we have already committed operator time to secure your seat.
If you cancel within 24 hours of departure: no refund is available. The LCR ticket has been issued and cannot be returned at this stage.
If you cancel after departure: no refund.
You may request a change up to 48 hours before departure. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a change fee of $10 per ticket. Any fare difference (upgrade or downgrade) is charged or credited accordingly.
Changes are not guaranteed — if the requested train is fully booked we will work with you to find the best available alternative.
Changes requested within 48 hours of departure cannot be accommodated.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider:
PayPal: 3–5 business days. Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days. Airwallex (Alipay/WeChat): 3–7 business days.
We notify you by email when the refund has been issued from our side.
If a refund does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at [email protected] with your booking reference and we will investigate within 24 hours.
